1 What are you launching?

Independent and benchmark-linked assets trade on the same fixed ZEC bonding curve — solvent by construction. Indexed assets settle on a separate collateralized engine: executable price = ratio × reference factor, bounded per 7-day epoch (0.70×–1.30×), segregated collateral vault, collateral ratio ≥ 110% after every buy. Labels are never shared: BENCHMARK = comparison only, INDEXED = reference price directly affects settlement.
